Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
We handle all matters related to personal bankruptcy. We will help you determine whether you qualify to discharge your debts permanently in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding. If you fail to qualify for Chapter 7 bankruptcy and choose to repay your creditors, we will help you reorganize your debt under the Chapter 13 bankruptcy process. In either case, we will prepare all the documents necessary to complete the process and will act as your advocate in dealings with creditors, the bankruptcy trustee, and the court. See our personal bankruptcy page to learn more. We are a debt relief agency.
Traffic Violations
We represent individuals charged with violating the motor vehicle laws in Tennessee, handling citations involving speeding, reckless driving, failure to obey traffic signals and failure to use due caution. We also defend people who have committed traffic offenses who have a commercial drivers license (CDL). To learn more, go to our page on traffic violations.
Drunk Driving
We aggressively protect the rights of people who have been charged with DUI/DWI. We will carefully review the details of your arrest to ensure that your constitutional rights were protected and will examine field sobriety and blood alcohol tests for compliance with established procedures. We may also help you plead a DUI/DWI down, if appropriate. For more information, go to our drunk driving page.
Criminal Defense
We provide aggressive representation to men and women who have been charged with misdemeanors or felonies, white collar crimes, drug offenses, violent crimes or sex offenses. In all circumstances, we will review the acts of law enforcement officers to ensure evidence was properly obtained and probable cause existed for any search, seizure or arrest. To learn more, see our criminal defense page.
